For example:
Breast Study only: Complete the Breast section and skip all other sections.
If a section does not apply to your scheduled study, simply skip it and continue to the next relevant section.

This is the complete questionnaire for a Full Body Study. You can skip any region by choosing "Not Applicable" at the top of the pages that do not apply to the regions you are having evaluated at this appointment.
